The Law Offices of Howard Bennett Hellen are owned and managed by Howard Bennett Hellen. Mr. Hellen has been practicing law since 1989. He is a member of the California State Bar and the Washington State Bar, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central, and Northern Districts of California. He is also a member of the bar of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Hellen earned his Juris Doctor degree at Southwestern University School of Law.
Howard Bennett Hellen has been in practice since 1989. Mr. Hellen is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Association for Justice, the San Diego Bar Associations the Bar Association of North County, and is affiliated with the Better Business Bureau, and the Chamber of Commerce.
